An IMSI usually consists of 15 digit numbers (though some countries like South Africa uses 14 digits):
MCC (Mobile Country Code) — The first 3 digits identify your home country.
MNC (Mobile Network Code) — Followed by 2 digits (European standard) or 3 digits (American standard) numbers that identify your network provider.
MSIN (Mobile Subscription Identification Number) — The rest of the numbers are your personal identification numbers.
